Shipping Info

At The Crafty PC it is our goal to process, fill and ship every order within 24 - 48 hours. If, for some reason, your order can not be shipped within that time - if an item is out of stock or on backorder - we will contact you by email or by phone.

We offer our customers the option of choosing UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority and Express Mail. If we can save you some money by shipping your order via USPS Priority Mail flat rate we will adjust your invoice accordingly. Please be aware that if you choose PayPal as your payment option we will not be able to adjust any shipping charges once the payment is captured through PayPal.

NOTE: UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes!!!!

Shipping is based on the weight of the final shipment up to a 40 lb. total for both Priority Mail and Express Mail. Heavier shipments will incur additional shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL customers may incur a shipping and handling charge of at least $35, depending upon the delivery location. But if you email us and let us know exactly what you would like to order and the shipping address, we will be able to calculate the actual shipping rate for you and your online order can then be adjusted accordingly.

If your order meets any criteria for higher than above noted shipping costs, we will email you for approval before charging those additional costs. Please be aware that we will not ship in these cases without getting your approval first!
